**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Press Operator with a strong knowledge of Press Brake machinery and related tooling.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of programming and setting up CNC Press Brake machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks to ensure the accuracy of finished products.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and safe workplace culture.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
