As the Internal Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in promoting training programs and driving enrolments. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to making a positive impact on the future of renewable energy.

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contacting prospects to present course details:

- Engage with potential students via phone or video meetings to provide information about the course content, completion methods, required resources, delivery formats, time commitments, pricing, and enrolment procedures.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and interests of each prospect, highlighting the benefits of training programs.
- Enrolment process management:

- Assist prospects in the enrolment process by guiding them through setting up their customer accounts in the Learning Management System.
- Send enrolment links and relevant materials to students, ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience.
- Monitor student enrolment progress and follow up to ensure completion.
- CRM and Reporting:

- Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to document all interactions, update prospect information and track the progress of leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.
- Provide regular reports to management, summarising key sales metrics, conversion rates, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to access lead data and campaign support.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and suggest strategies for enhancing lead generation and conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in internal sales, preferably in B2B environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Comfortable with cold calling and confident in engaging with prospects over the phone or through video meetings.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and generating sales reports.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.
- A passion for renewable energy and sustainability is advantageous.
