We're seeking a pro-active, mature-minded individual with great organisation skills supported by strong administration experience. Your calm personality and ability to handle pressure will help you hit the ground running and start making an immediate impact.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our project teams. Specific tasks will include opening & closing jobs, diary management, submitting approvals to council/approval agencies, invoicing & claims management, minute taking of project meetings, developing project reports and updating all project-related documentation.
Using your excellent communication skills, you will also maintain positive relationships between internal and external stakeholders.
Contributing to the day to day running of the office may occasionally be required, including greeting visitors, answering & directing phone calls and providing ad-hoc administrative support across the business.

**About you**
- A Cert 3 or 4 in Business Administration, or similar, or willingness to obtain (support may be available)
- An aptitude for organising and coordinating
- Some level of exposure to invoicing/accounts or "numbers" work (preferred).
- Previous administrative experience, ideally in a project-related, construction, trades or engineering business
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively, especially in high workload environments
- Good proficiency in MS Office Suite (particularly WORD and Excel) & general tech savviness
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
