Who are we?

Innocent Bystander was born of the Yarra Valley and recently joined a larger innovative family of wine brands. Wine is our heart and soul, however, we are not your sniff-and-spit cellar door - we want people to have a great quality food experience along with our great quality wines. If you want to be part of delivering that amazing experience through cooking some of the best quality food around, without taking yourself too seriously, we want to speak with you

**Skills and Experiences**:
Who are you?

We're looking for a passionate and proactive Cellar Door team member who can get to know our wines and products intimately and be part of our close knit Front of House team.

**Ideally, you will have**:
Prior experience in a Cellar Door environment
Excellent people engagement skills with an ability to deliver an "amazing customer experience" within a reputable and busy hospitality business with high visitor numbers
Knowledge of the wine making process and vineyard properties in relation to wine varietals along with an excellent ability to 'story tell' and communicate this information to customers (we can train you on this too)
Existing knowledge of, or desire to understand, the Yarra Valley region and it's offering to visitors
Enthusiasm for learning about Innocent Bystander Wines and products and supporting new team members with their learning as needed
Excellent presentation - you take pride in your appearance as a reflection of the brand you work for
Availability to work on weekends (mandatory) & Public Holidays and flexibility in working various shifts across a 7 day roster
Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification (or enrolled to complete)
