We are partnering with a growing product distributor and technology solutions business. The organisation is now at circa 160 staff at their head office and distribution centre based at Melbourne Airport.

As Talent Manager, you will partner with business leaders to ensure they are supported in their talent needs. Your role will also play a key role in building on the positive and engaging culture that the team is known for. You will manage the process of recruitment with agency partners, onboarding, induction, training and check-in process. You will be responsible for driving employee engagement and talent retention strategies and the reporting and analysis of HR data. You will facilitate the annual talent review process leveraging contemporary development tools.

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced HR/Talent/Recruitment professional at Advisor/Business Partner/Manager level. You will be a self-starter who is highly motivated. You will have an innovative approach to managing talent and a curiosity to learn from the SMEs across the business.
