About Talent Management Roles:
We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team in managing and developing talent.
In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for liaising with clients, managing talent portfolios, and coordinating casting across various projects.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Liaising with clients to understand their needs and project requirements
- Managing talent portfolios and curating new talent
- Coordinating auditions, castings, and bookings
- Negotiating contracts and ensuring smooth communication between talent and clients
- Providing ongoing support to ensure satisfaction for both talent and clientele
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills and customer service skills
- Strong sales acumen and a passion for talent management
- Hands-on experience in casting and coordinating auditions
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients and talent
- Excellent organisational skills and time-management skills
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the entertainment industry
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and talent management applications
