**About the Opportunity**:
We are seeking an early career Human Factors Consultant to join our Sydney Integration team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects throughout Australia, while growing within a dynamic team of human factors, systems engineering and safety specialists.

**As a Human Factors Consultant, you will**:

- Deliver human factors scopes of work under supervision
- Assist the development of human factors integration plans for major projects
- Conduct human factors assessments and analyses
- Maintain human factors issues registers
- Contribute to human factors assurance reports

**About you**:

- As this is an early career position, what's more important than your specific experience is the positive attitude that you bring to work.
- You are interested in, and passionate about, the benefits of integrating human factors principles and processes into systems design and engineering to deliver successful project outcomes and better solutions for people.

- You care about the user experience, and people's working lives, but you are pragmatic and understand risk-based decision making and the need to align with business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- A relevant ergonomics/human factors/ organisational psychology degree (bachelor or masters)
- 0 to 3 years' experience in human factors or a related discipline
- Membership of a relevant professional body, with a desire to achieve registered/chartered status
