Job Opportunity: Human Factors Expert

We are seeking a seasoned human factors professional to deliver high-quality services to our clients. This includes engaging stakeholders, eliciting requirements, applying human factors methods, and developing integration plans and reports.

As a senior consultant, you will work independently, using your expertise to formulate solutions and resolve complex issues. Your work products must be accurate and authoritative, requiring minimal supervision.

You will also contribute to business growth by assisting with tenders, identifying new opportunities, and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver human factors services to clients
  • Engage and manage stakeholders
  • Develop integration plans and reports

Requirements:

  • Degree in human factors or ergonomics
  • 7+ years of experience
  • Advanced knowledge of human factors integration processes and standards
  • Skills in planning, stakeholder engagement, research, and design evaluation

Desirable Skills:

  • Professional certification in human factors
  • Postgraduate qualifications in systems engineering or human factors
  • Experience in consultancy organisations or rail and transport projects
