We are seeking an experienced Capability Pathways Specialist to join our People and Transformation team
- Newly created role in our Organisational Capability team
- Permanent full-time role, based at our new West Perth office
- Flexible / hybrid working arrangements supported including working from home

**About the role**

Reporting to the Group Manager - Organisational Capability, you will be responsible for leading a small team of learning professionals who partner with key stakeholders across the organisation to design, develop, implement, and manage Bethanie's Frontline Capability Pathways.

A key focus of the role will be championing an enhanced learning culture and building a consistent Capability Approach centred around Development Pathways that are made up of blended learning solutions and skill-based competency credentialing. The aim is to engage and motivate staff to continually build and maintain core capabilities and establish a consistent and repeatable Capability System that enables Bethanie to take a data-led approach to staff development and workforce management.

**About you**

You are a strategic thinker with the ability to lead projects from concept to implementation. You naturally develop highly effective working relationships by building credibility, respect and rapport with your stakeholders. You will also bring:

- Constructive leadership style with proven record of developing people and leading highly engaged and performing teams.
- Extensive experience in senior learning design and / or L&D leadership role with examples of fostering learning cultures.
- Proven record of developing capability management systems that have achieved measurable uplifts in frontline staff capability levels, with examples of skill-based competency credentialing.
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to operate between the development / strategy and operational execution.
