This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a critical function during a period of investment and transformation. You will lead a skilled team from day one, while also shaping the future of training delivery as we bring our new training facility to life.

- Oversee apprenticeship and capability development pathways for tradespeople and early-career technicians
- Build frameworks for product inductions, competency-based progression, certification, and compliance training
- Support the design and delivery model of the new training facility, ensuring it meets future operational and learning requirements
- Drive a strong training culture across the business with a focus on safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement
The ideal candidate is an experienced and passionate training leader who thrives on building teams, programs, and systems that drive capability and performance. They are just as comfortable managing people as they are designing strategic frameworks—and want to make a lasting impact.
