**Position Summary**:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating engaging social media content, building EDMs, collaborating with the Digital Marketing Manager, and executing campaigns to boost interest in BRC events. Additionally, they play a key role in project management, designing and developing marketing collateral, and ensuring awareness of upcoming events, sales requirements, and membership needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and manage the annual marketing calendar for BRC, focusing on social media and EDM planning.
- Generate creative content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, including both image and video content.
- Respond to comments and messages on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Reviews as part of community management.
- Develop and execute marketing and communication campaigns for feature racedays, standard Saturdays, and BRC carnivals.
- Create, design, and optimise existing collaterals for but not limited to social media, video, web content, digital & print advertising, EDM, signage, marketing campaigns, etc.
- Provide support to Graphic Designer.
- Be hands on in all aspects of signage design and proofing.

**Experience Required**
- Prior experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok), updating website content and graphic design.
- Worked with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop) and Canva (both creating and editing social media templates and basic videos).
- Interest in design, including understanding of design fundamentals including branding, typography, hierarchy and layout.
- Strong time management skills and ability to take projects from brief to completion.
- Be self-motivated and results orientated.
