The Role:
Brownes Dairy is searching for a talented Graphic Designer. Our Graphic Designer has the creative mandate to design and execute branding and graphic artwork, including responsibility for development of creative imagery, signage, point of sale, social and digital assets and packaging, that supports our brand portfolios in all of our markets.

Sporting the dual crown of Australia's oldest dairy and Australia's most innovative dairy, Brownes Dairy has an opportunity within our vibrant Marketing Department for a Graphic Designer. Community is at the heart of what we do as we collect over 120 million litres of milk each year from more than 40 dairy farming families located in WA's pristine Southwest region. All our Brownes Dairy products are made in WA. Our CEO is from WA too. We are fiercely protective of our environment, pride ourselves on being a leader in sustainability and our free school tours program sees thousands of school children learn about the benefits of dairy too.

Role Responsibilities:
Design and deliver creative collateral in accordance with briefs and within specified timeframes.
Design and execute material to support promotions and marketing campaigns across all Brownes Dairy channels and markets, including local store marketing, internal promotions, and events.
Liaising with project leads and print companies for final setup of artwork and printing.
Support the design of retail packaging and new promotional material in line with our Marketing strategy.
Create Brownes Dairy internal branding asset and template requirements in line with brand guidelines.
Conceptualise and design digital assets for the upkeep of the Brownes Dairy social media sites.
Develop and create content to support the social media channels in line with our Marketing communication strategy.
Support internal departments with any artwork requirements.
Requirements:
Tertiary Qualification in Graphic Design
Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
A strong understanding of print and digital production methods
Creative flair and ideally a passion for food
Experience with Social Media platform business manager tools such as Meta Business Manager
Experience with website building platforms such as Wordpress or Shopify
