Our Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and elevate our brand presence across digital and print platforms.

This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and understands the nuances of designing for a professional services audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets including presentations, brochures, reports, infographics, social media graphics, and event materials.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Communications, Industry Leaders, and client service teams to ensure design aligns with strategic goals and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain consistency in visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring brand integrity and professionalism.
  • Support internal communications and employer branding initiatives through engaging design.
  • Assist in the development of templates and design systems to streamline content creation.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Support work winning projects including tendering.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a professional services or B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including corporate and client-facing materials.
  • Excellent attention to detail, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to interpret complex information and translate it into clear, compelling visuals.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
