Role Overview
The Account Executive role is for those that have limited experience and are looking to continue their growth within the creative, content and social media industry. The role will be responsible for end-to-end project management, day-to-day client engagement as well as delivery of best practices across a portfolio of clients across Australia and New Zealand.
You will take autonomous ownership of small projects and play a key role in the successful delivery of larger campaigns. The development focus will be on giving you greater exposure to client strategies and commercial responsibilities as you look to take your next step in Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining day-to-day client and third-party relationships.
Successfully communicate and liaise with internal stakeholders.
Maintain best practice processes across every brief.
Quality Control across all delivery against brand guidelines.
End-to-end administrative ownership of projects.
Developing materials for client planning and feedback sessions.
Building campaign delivery plans across a variety of projects.
Developing client growth plans for successful client performance.
Preparation of proposals and quotations for integrated campaigns.
Financial administration and budget management.
The strategic execution of campaigns and analysis of results
Develop knowledge of Tag's full capabilities and offerings.
Develop an ability to lead project management and client servicing end to end.
Develop an understanding of client budget management and financial success.
