Job Opportunity

We are seeking an emerging leader to join our team as a Reservations Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the reservations team in end-to-end process of FIT and Groups Bookings.
  • Ensure guests receive the best possible pre-arrival experience.
  • Identify peak moments to set up for the broader team to deliver.
Requirements
  • Working experience in a similar role, preferably in a front office/reservations position within a premium hotel segment.
  • Experience supervising diverse teams.
  • Proven record of accurate reporting while working under time constraints.
  • Ability to work full-time, with some weekend work required from time to time.
  • Excellent understanding of reservations processes.
  • Ability to think creatively and be a proactive self-starter.
  • Knowledge of the Adelaide market is advantageous.
  • Experience working with Opera Cloud and Resaweb is preferred.
  • Full-time working rights in Australia.
