Our client is a long established prestige and volume brand dealership group, located in the Blacktown area of Sydney. They are seeking to appoint an experienced and capable New Car Sales Manager to lead the team for one of their iconic brands. This is a hands on Sales Manager role with very strong earning potential. The dealership offers state of the art facilities, a five day working week with a friendly, happy working atmosphere.

Applicants for this position must be or have previous dealership experience as a New Car Sales Manager, preferably with a European or prestige brand. You will have strong management, financial, organisational and motivational skills and be seeking a long term role. You will also have strong selling, closing and people handling skills, and be able to motivate your team to achieve their highest potential, whilst maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.

Salary will consist of a negotiable retainer of around $70k, super, commission structure and car or car allowance. This role is based on a rotating 10 day fortnight, the dealership is closed on Sundays.
