The Alto Group is a family-owned and operated organisation with over 600 employees, which has been serving the motoring needs of Sydney sider's for over 60 Years.

The next 12-24 months will be a very exciting time to be part of the Audi brand with many all-new models just released, including the Audi A5, Q4 etron, Q5 and Q6 e-tron. There are also all-new models not faraway with the released of Q3, and Q7 scheduled next year. There are also many new product improvements here and coming soon with a refreshed Audi A1, A3, S3, RS3, Q8, SQ8 & RSQ8.

Reporting to the New Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring high levels of customer service
  • Achieving monthly unit and CEM targets
  • Working within a close-knit team to achieve business goals
  • Lead management and tracking in our advanced CRM system
  • Managing and delivering strong results against KPI's
  • Contributing to the daily operational needs of the retail showroom
  • Working seamlessly with cross-functional departments
  • Having the drive and will to achieve superior results

The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Self-disciplined and process driven
  • Energy and enthusiasm for people and the brand
  • High level of computer competency
  • A thorough understanding of 'the road to a sale'
  • Minimum 2 years experience within new car sales

An excellent remuneration package consisting of a retainer, commission and car allowance is on offer for the right person. There is also the opportunity for career progression within the Alto Group who value growing and developing people from within.
