**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Provide expert advice on solution design and work with business representatives and solution architects to ensure the Queensland Health process and system design is robust, fit for purpose, minimises customisation and meets requirements
- Provide expert advice and support in the planning, estimating, tracking and completion of design, configuration, and customisation activities as it relates to forward release planning
- Provide expert advice and support in the completion of quality reviews of deliverables and in the completion of solution maintenance and support activities

To be successful you will need the following key competencies including:

- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in the development of Infor WFM (Workbrain) solution
- Proven experience in leading a development team, ensuring quality outcomes, managing professional reviews and providing feedback
