Master food preparation, cooking and presentation to the Varsity standard.Follow recipes and kitchen guides.Ensure meals are served in a timely manner.Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen, that adheres to all food preparation and cleanliness guidelines.
Also ensuring staff are following the kitchen cleaning systems.Participate in all technical aspects of cooking including but not limited to grilling, deep frying, and cooking meat and poultry.Work across all stations in the kitchen including prep, fry, grill, pizza and salad stations.Support with stock rotation, making sure our ingredients are as fresh as can be for our guests.Deliver food and service to Varsity standards.Support the training of the team.Bring a passion for food and a positive attitude to every shift.What Will You Bring?
