About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, adhering to all food safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Participate in menu planning and preparation, suggesting new dishes and ideas to enhance our menu offerings.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new recipes and cooking techniques.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a similar role.
  • A strong passion for food and excellent cooking skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor during peak periods.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing menu requirements and kitchen needs.
