An exciting temporary opportunity has arisen for a Manager PSN Migration to join the Technology Operations team at NSW Telco Authority. This role sits within Digital Technology & Innovation business unit of NSW Telco Authority, playing a key role in operating and maintaining the network.

**In this role you will**:
- Advocate for our customers that are migrating to the PSN- Provide leadership and support to network and/or telecommunication operations and services to define and implement the network and telecommunication elements- Managing the design, maintaining and improve processes to ensure the effective delivery of network services- Collaborate and influence internal leaders and service providers to identify, influence and resolve network operational issues to ensure high availability of network platforms- Proactively participate and provide strategic operational knowledge to assist in the strategic and technical design and planning of infrastructure, facilities and assets to ensure communication and coordination meets the service standards and requirements- Manage operational projects and service delivery activities to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, on budget, to quality standards and support achievement of organisational objectives

**To be successful in this role you will demonstrate**:
- Ability to influence and engage diverse and complex stakeholders- Experience guiding and negotiating customer transitions into new services- Expert-level knowledge of P25, TDMA systems and operations- Excellent communication skills with the ability to succinctly convey complex ideas and issues- Comprehensive background in telecommunications- Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects- Analytical mindset for troubleshooting post migration issues- Experience in leading complex technical initiatives from concept to deployment**What we need from you**:
