**About the Team**

By joining the Tech team, you'll be an integral part of building our all-in-one business management platform.

**The Opportunity**
- As the Head of Technology for our Enterprise and Practice Line of Business, you will lead teams of teams to achieve outstanding results for one of our key growth area of MYOB.

Reporting into the Chief Technology Officer, as part of MYOB's Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for defining and driving MYOB delivery practices and engineering standards, as well as the strategy for Enterprise and Practice, and the wider organisation. You will strive to build and deliver outstanding products and experiences, so our Enterprise Mid Market and Practice customers and MYOB can grow together.

**What's involved**
- Highly developed management and leadership skills in a SaaS engineering environment, with extensive experience balancing competing priorities
- Demonstrated leadership skills including coaching/mentoring, critical thinking, facilitation, change leadership, and team development with a focus on embracing our values
- Proven experience in leading high performance development capabilities, utilising agile methodologies
- Experience working in complex system architectures, including both web and smart client technology
- Previous experience as a member of a senior leadership team
- Ability to attract and retain talent and to inspire the team
- Ability to build trusting, meaningful relationships with peers, team members, partners and suppliers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical influencing
- A demonstrated track record in identifying and delivering innovative technical solutions to meet strategic and tactical operational requirements
- Leading Delivery & Engineering Managers and their teams in the development and delivery of software features for our customers and our business management platform.
- Work closely with cross function senior leadership, using vision, creativity and pragmatism, to define, prioritise and drive our strategic business objectives.
