What role will you play?

As a senior Technology Leader, you will define the roadmap, architecture, and the digital transformation of our Learning and Development tech initiatives. You will develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy, integrate new learning technologies, and collaborate with various business units to ensure seamless adoption. Your role will be crucial in driving innovation and improving the effectiveness of our digital learning solutions.

What You Offer

• 7 years' of experience in an engineering focused, technology leadership role, supporting or providing services to a People & Culture function
• Deep expertise in technology strategy, enterprise architecture and HR systems
• Strong leadership and delivery skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team environment, encouraging innovation, teamwork, and professional growth.
