Job Title:

Senior Church Leader

This is a full-time position responsible for developing and supervising all church ministries. The goal is to build up believers, train them for ministry, and equip them to reach others with a Christ-centered approach.

  • Preach and teach the Bible with passion and conviction.
  • Provide pastoral care to members of the congregation.
  • Challenge, guide, support, and equip new and existing leaders for youth and young adults.
  • Develop and work with team leaders to provide leadership and oversight of our existing ministries.
  • Engage in disciple making, spiritual studies, and doctrinal teachings to impact lives.
  • Equip and challenge members and leaders in pro-active community engagement and evangelism.
  • Involve in short-term and long-term planning for the church.
  • Report to the senior pastor.

Key Skills:

  • Preaching and public speaking.
  • Pastoral care and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

A relevant degree in theology or a related field, accompanied by a strong understanding of biblical teachings and Christian doctrine.
