**About the Role**
Our **ERP Systems Trainer** is our expert in onboarding and training for our Franchise Partners, their team members and our Support Centre Team. They travel around our beautiful country building relationships and developing confident system users in our network.
Reporting directly into our Head of IT, their key responsibilities include:
- Onboarding new franchise partners and their teams to our systems
- Oversee data migration and/or hardware setup
- Configure systems + managing level one system configuration
- Management of support desk tickets alongside an offshore support team
- Development and implementation of a training strategy to ensure the network are optimising their use of the systems
- Developing content for the virtual training hub (written and video)
**About You**
You have refined your coaching and training skill set and experience over the last 3 years. You are a true communicator who is client focused and understands accounting principles and practices, especially accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory and general ledger accounting and payroll.
Your journey to date has also provided you with:
- In-depth knowledge of some or all of the following systems: ERP (NetSuite preferred), Point-of-Sale, Field Management Systems, Payment Service Providers, Order Management Systems, Warehouse Management Systems, eCommerce
- Experience with small business processes, including accounting, inventory management, retail and field service management
(i.e. scheduling and managing jobs for field service technicians)
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate technical information verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical users
- Ability to present numerical data effectively and can read and interpret relevant data
- Prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans
