Enterprise Resource Planning Systems Manager Role

An experienced systems manager is required to lead the implementation, management, and enhancement of our ERP system across global operations.

About the Position

This is a mid-senior level role responsible for ensuring our ERP system supports and integrates with key business functions including finance, operations, HR, and sales. You will oversee ERP-related projects, provide expert guidance to end-users, and drive continuous improvement across our systems.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and customization of ERP systems
  • Ensure system functionality through maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting
  • Integrate ERP with internal and external business systems for unified operations
  • Lead data extraction and reporting initiatives
  • Provide training and support to end-users
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity
  • Collaborate across departments to align ERP capabilities with business needs
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a systems manager or similar role
  • Expertise in Epicor ERP, especially in financial management, sales management, production management, and material management
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL programming experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Power Query)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft CRM
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
