Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimising our ERP systems and integrated applications across finance, supply, maintenance, and other core business areas.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Act as the primary contact for ERP and integrated application support, ensuring system reliability and performance.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and system enhancements.
    • Lead and support ERP-related projects, from scoping and feasibility through to testing, training, and implementation.
    • Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, streamlining workflows, and maximising system functionality.
    • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners to deliver technical solutions.
    • Provide user training, maintain system documentation, and support change management and user adoption.
    • Ensure compliance with organisational standards, policies, and best practices in all system-related activities.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or Business Systems.
  • Proven experience supporting ERP systems such as Pronto or SAP.
  • A strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply, or maintenance.
  • Experience with system configuration, user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and approachable way.
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in helping others succeed through better systems and smarter processes.
