**About Your Role**

Explosive Ordnance Services (EOS) is part of the Vehicles and Tactical Systems Country Business Unit. EOS operates 17 depots around Australia to provide a storage, distribution and maintenance service for Explosive Ordnance used by the Australian Defence Force.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Coordinator at Orchard Hills. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the facility to the highest standards as outlined in our contracts with the Department of Defence and maintenance service providers.

- Maintain facility according to contractual and regulatory requirements
- Develop maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion
- Coordinate inspections and address maintenance needs
- Liaise with stakeholders and contractors for maintenance activities
- Manage the induction and site access process for visitors, contractors, and staff
- Prepare reports on facility maintenance status
- Operate vehicles and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) as required

**About You?**
- Demonstrated experience within a similar role with the ability to work effectively in a small team
- Strong knowledge of facilities management maintenance and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in MS Office

**Good to Know**

As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.

Prior to offer you'll complete a pre-employment police and medical.
