**About The Role**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Offer ideas to create efficiencies and identify cost savings in relevant areas of the business.
- Assist with sample order collation, including mail processing.
- Be responsible for the stock control of sample stock levels.
- Monitor customer related inboxes as required for distribution to relevant team members.
- Coordinate the requirements of customer warranty claims with business managers including the assessment of the issue, resolution, and completion of RGA to the factory as required.
- Be customer service focused and committed to ensuring customers are always kept up to date in all aspects of their orders to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Build out a pipeline of sales opportunities and ensure proper follow up and most importantly close the sales leads.

- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail on all tasks.
- Be a self-starter and where required work independently.
