This role offers the chance to step into a pivotal leadership position within an organisation renowned for its commitment to clinical excellence, innovation, and person-centred care.Role OverviewReporting directly to the Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM), the Care Director serves as second-in-command, leading all aspects of clinical care and governance.
