About the Role

Our organisation seeks an experienced Care Director to work full time. This is a vital position responsible for enhancing every aspect of residents' wellbeing, promoting a positive learning environment and overseeing clinical governance through quality improvement, auditing and reporting.

This role requires an honest and ethical leader with a hunger to learn and challenge themselves. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in a clinical leadership role within a large aged care home, qualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registration. They will also possess experience in managing people and prior experience in clinical management in aged care.

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and services, and is committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment.
