We have a new opportunity for a **Maintenance and Grounds Supervisor** in a 60 bed private healthcare facility in Windsor.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the day to day delivery of services withing the entire facility. You will take accountability for the delivery of Services and the completion on all preventative and reactive maintenance and grounds tasks.

We are seeking customer focused and team-oriented individuals to support the clinical team to provide a safe place for patients, staff and visitors across the site.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Trade qualified with experience in handyperson repairs
- Experience in the deliver of contract services where subcontractors are used for reactive and planned maintenance
- Familiarity and understanding of domestic building statutory obligations, codes of practice and Building code of Australia.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Current Drivers licence
- Strong safety focus with demonstrated evidence of actively promoting and sustaining a zero harm environment
