The Marketing and Sales Support Coordinator will work to deliver products to domestic and international markets Using that E-commerce and Digital mindset, you will be in charge of preparing sample photo-shoots and coordinate with the Digital Team on availability and dates Using your stellar sales techniques, update current stock lists and process markdowns as required. You will also act as the main link in communication between key stakeholders both internally and externally. You will be joining a friendly close-knit team with strong work ethic & a passion for their product

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- Providing sales material and CADS (computer aided design) to major accounts and merchandisers as required
- Assisting in all BMW and indication sheets (orders from Major Accounts)
- Providing sales support for the sales team on ad hoc basis
- Providing CADS for all Current Major Accounts
- Assisting of major accounts held by Yarra Trail & Marco Polo for both Myer and David Jones
- Assist in major account development requirements
- Assist in the style set up in systems (Illustrator & Photoshop)
- Create and Maintain products in AP21 for all Regular Woman and Petite
- Assist in seasonal sampling requirements for Major accounts
- Updating online store information, updating images, product offer, photography and inventory
- Assist in the allocation of seasonal marketing material to accounts nationally
- Product knowledge assisting in our showroom for external stakeholders
- Assist with delivery queries for Myer and David Jones
- Assist with inputting data checking spreadsheets and orders for all major accounts after each buy
- Manage online images for Myer, David Jones and Beach club

**Please note: This role is a Part-Time Position on a 4 Day working week with view to flex up upon busy seasonal periods**

**The skills and experience you offer us**:

- Previous production experience, preferably with exposure to the Fashion industry (advantageous)
- Strong administrative and organisation skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel experience
- Skilled on Photoshop & Illustrator
- Bonus points if you have used AP21
- A team player who displays enthusiasm for the team and supports team objectives and willingly participates in ad hoc duties where required
