We're currently looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support our commercial teams as we head into an exciting period of growth

As our Marketing and Sales Coordinator, you will be the lynchpin between our sales and marketing teams, acting as the first port of call and ensuring all ANZ marketing activities are well coordinated. This is a busy, multi-faceted role, suitable for someone who thrives on being the conduit between stakeholders, managing multiple tasks at any one time and driving projects through to completion.

Reporting to our Marketing Manager, you will also work closely with our Head of Sales, and your key responsibilities will include:

- Planning and coordinating GN events, including trade shows, product launch, sales and marketing meetings - both physical and online events.
- Acting as the marketing department liaison for GN's customers and sales team, responding to queries and complaints, coordinating and participating in regular sales and marketing meetings, ensuring feedback and follow-up tasks are communicated to the relevant people in the business, and tracking progress on action items to ensure customer requests are addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Coordinating and leading GN meetings with key customers, documenting and following up action items.
- Supporting the maintenance and development of internal marketing databases and tools, including acting as Marketing Superuser for SalesForce CRM, Pardot and portals where internal and external stakeholders access GN Collateral
- Supporting inventory management of marketing materials, including the coordination of the brand websites and EDMs.
- Supporting the sales team with the planning and implementation of sales/educational events
- Supporting the on-boarding process for new customers and acting as their champion at head office with regards to marketing support.
- Possess previous experience in a similar position including project/event coordination, from within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Have strong time management and problem-solving skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Demonstrate a positive, "can-do" attitude, be adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Ideally possess tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or commerce
- Ideally possess experience with SalesForce CRM, Pardot and basic design capabilities with website updates (but not essential)
- Be able to travel domestically occasionally
