We currently have an exciting, high visibility opportunity for an Innovation Manager to join our Marketing & Innovation team. Reporting directly to the Head of R&D, you will focus on the 3-10-year innovation pipeline, ensuring alignment with Bulla's Strategic Plan and seamless execution across cross-functional teams.

If you have a passion for identifying breakthrough opportunities and turning consumer insights into commercial success, this is your chance to lead Bulla's long-term innovation pipeline.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Develop the 3-10-year Innovation Pipeline in alignment with Bulla's Strategic Plan.
- Collaborate directly with the Bulla Executive Team and Board to shape and drive the Innovation Pipeline
- Identify and lead breakthrough innovation opportunities across products, channels, and ingredients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external experts to embed innovative processes and deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Champion innovation across Bulla, creating a culture that values creativity and insight-driven solutions.
- Build engaging presentations for customer and stakeholder engagement.
- Partner with suppliers and external R&D organisations to deliver technical solutions for future consumer needs.
- Support the Stage-Gate process to ensure that all new products presented continue to be grounded in insight and deliver against consumer and customer needs
- Support the development of trends and product platforms for medium (3-5 years) and long term (5-10 years) business growth

**You will have**:

- Minimum 10 years in marketing strategy, insight, and innovation, with proven success in product development and commercialisation.
- Business degree with a focus on Marketing, Accounting, or similar disciplines.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, ideation process expertise, and proficiency in tools like Circana and Mintel.
- A track record of embedding innovation within teams, leading workshops, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Commercial understanding of new product development & Stage-Gate processes
- Right to work in Australia, current driver's license, and the ability to travel occasionally.
