Strategic Innovation Manager

About the Role
">This exciting opportunity is for an experienced professional to lead our company's innovation and insights efforts. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for driving New Product Development (NPD) and acting as the consumer voice within our business.
">Based at Port Melbourne, this role will require regular travel to Castlemaine, where you will work closely with our Innovation Technical Lead and other stakeholders to deliver on our long-term business agenda.
">Your Key Responsibilities

- Develop an innovation strategy aligned with our marketing vision and business goals;">
- Convert category insights and growth opportunities into a 3-year innovation pipeline;">
- Lead, develop, and assess innovation projects through our stage-gate process;">
- Manage the Castlemaine-based Innovation Technical Lead;">
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and networks for innovation technical leads;">
- Work with our sales team to engage with key customers, identify opportunities, and develop joint innovation plans;">
- Ensure all key business stakeholders are informed and aligned on NPD portfolio initiatives;">
- Inspire an innovation culture within our organization by bringing trends, external inspiration, and new ways of operating to the business.">
About You
">We are seeking a creative, adaptable, and ambitious individual with:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a similar field with a marketing focus;">
- Demonstrated success in bringing innovation to market;">
- NPD and project management experience;">
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines;">
- Management experience preferred;">
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills;">
- A passion for our business, brand, and products, and the ability to bring innovation to market.">
