**The Opportunity**

We are currently looking for an experienced **Superintendent - Civil **responsible for the management of a civil contractor for the West Musgrave Project. Reporting to the Project Manager - Construction and overseeing a team of supervisors on site, your success will be measured by your ability to maintain schedule and budget milestones. This role is ideally suited to a Senior Superintendent looking to work primarily on 2:1 FIFO or a 3:1 roster.

**Your typical day will consist of**:

- Provide guidance and support for job planning and staff management
- Supervise, review and evaluate workmanship
- Enforce safe work practices, ensuring all personnel are trained and supported to maintain HSE standards.
- Liaise with subcontractor representative and maintain a good contractor to subcontractor relationship

**What we are looking for**:

- Australian recognised Trade Qualification
- 5 years + in a civil site supervision role
- Construction White Card & HRWL
- Current National Police Clearance
- Experience in remote heavy mine site construction projects
- Demonstrated leadership and negotiating skills
