Key Capabilities10+ years' experience in senior marketing leadership roles, ideally in luxury, premium retail or brand-driven consumer industriesProven ability to design and deliver strategies that grow brand equity, prompted awareness and consideration while delivering commercial outcomesStrong experience in brand storytelling, PR, partnerships, content and creative leadershipDemonstrated track record of building high-performing teams and developing talentDeep understanding of customer behaviour and market trendsStrategic and creative thinker with strong commercial acumenExceptional communication and influencing skills, able to inspire teams and stakeholdersExperienced in leading cross-functional collaboration and managing complexityAbility to balance long-term brand building with short-term commercial priorities.
