- **Type of employment**: Permanent full-time (38 hours per week)
- **Salary**: Up to $90k per annum + 14.5% superannuation
**About the role**:
This role provides crucial administrative and governance support to the Council and Committee meetings. Experience in coordinating, preparing and distributing of agendas, minutes and other meeting documentation is essential. Along with impeccable attention to detail, organisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a busy work environment.
In this role you will be required to prepare reports, undertake key projects, research, preparing documentation/correspondence, deliver training, stakeholder management and provide support to the Governance Coordinator with day-to-day operations.

- Excellent experience in the above duties
- Advanced written and verbal communication
- High level organisation and technical skills
- Knowledge of local government processes
- Exercises professionalism and confidentiality
