**About Us**:
UBX is a unique fitness experience that combines boxing and functional strength training into a high-energy, group training environment. Our members are our family, and we're dedicated to supporting them in every step of their fitness journey.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Lead Fun and Engaging Workouts**: Guide members through our unique mix of boxing and strength sessions. No sparring—just a focus on technique, fitness, and fun
- **Inspire and Motivate**: Encourage members to challenge themselves and celebrate their progress. Your enthusiasm and energy will be key to keeping our community thriving.
- **Personalise Training**: Adapt workouts to meet the needs of individual members, providing personalised guidance and support.
- **Create a Positive Environment**: Foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels supported and valued.
- **Emphasise Safety**: Ensure all exercises and techniques are performed safely, and provide modifications when necessary.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Passion for Fitness**: A love for boxing and strength training, and a desire to share that passion with others.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: The ability to clearly explain exercises and motivate members of all fitness levels.
- **Certification**: Relevant fitness certifications (e.g., Cert III or IV in Fitness) and current First Aid/CPR.
- **Experience**: Previous coaching or fitness training experience is a plus, but we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
- **Team Player**: Someone who is ready to be a part of our close-knit team and contribute to our positive gym culture.
