Are you passionate about developing the next generation of futsal talent?

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced **futsal coaches** to join our expanding team across Brisbane

We deliver school coaching programs, clinics, and academies across Brisbane and the wider regions. Helping students grow while matching age groups to your coaching experience.

**About Us**:
The AFA is Australia's premier and largest futsal organisation, delivering high-quality school competitions, club tournaments, coaching programs, and international tours, with partnerships with over 2,200 schools and clubs across Australia.

We are dedicated to fostering talent and creating exciting opportunities for young players to grow through the game.

**We're looking for coaches who are**:

- Passionate about futsal and youth development
- Reliable, flexible, organised and great with kids and teens (ages 5-16)
- Confident leading training sessions and any game days
- Keen to be part of school programs and regional tournaments throughout the school year
- Hold (or willing to obtain) a valid Working with Children Check
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle to travel to different locations in your region

**Desirable but not essential**:

- Futsal or football coaching certification (can also be obtained through our accredited coaching courses)
- Experience coaching at schools and developing programs to suit different ages (not essential)
- Willingness to travel to schools in your region as required

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
