You will provide 1 st level support and be the first point of contact for our users seeking technical assistance over the phone or via email.Providing exceptional customer service remotelyRemotely troubleshooting and resolving technical issuesLogging jobs and escalating to cross-functional teamsCollaborating with other vendors and service providersPublishing and reviewing knowledge-based articles.Keen to get involved?
