Experienced Safety Advisor to work for a strong construction company on projects based locally in Toowoomba.

**Your new company**

This stable and highly regarded mid-tier construction company has been successfully delivering building and engineering projects for over 25 years. Due to an increase in Toowoomba projects, they require a strong Safety Advisor to join their team.

**Your new role**

Working with an experienced team you'll be responsible for ensuring the site is set up and run safely, trades are aware of their safety responsibilities and the safety standards are upheld each day. You'll handle all safety plans and documentation and will work with the Site Manager closely.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience managing safety on commercial projects
- Based in Toowoomba with local knowledge and connections are desired
- Up-to-date understanding of all relevant safety standards and regulations
- Open communication style, ability to work with stakeholders at all levels with an outcome focused approach
- Strong planning and organisation skills
