**About the role**:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is fluent in both Mandarin and English to provide high-level executive support to the Directors of the Board (CCCC/CCCI) based in Hong Kong, Beijing, and Australia.

This role is based in our Sydney head office in Pyrmont.

**Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Coordinate CCCC/CCCI delegation visits to Australia, including flights, accommodation, meals, itineraries, meetings, and site visits.
- Promote and facilitate CCCC/CCCI liaison and communication, including meeting coordination and report provision.
- Support your line manager with Board and Committee meeting preparations, including presentations and information gathering.
- Manage daily operations of the Board of Director's Support Office, coordinating calendars, monthly financial reports, expense claims and other administrative duties.
- Undertake comprehensive research within the organisation and from external sources as required.
- Compiling and writing communication material both in Mandarin and English.
- Assist in collating relevant information and supporting materials for agenda items proposed for board related matters.
- Act as the main administrative contact and build relationships with key stakeholders.

**To be suitable for the role**:

- Must be fluent in Mandarin and English to a professional business standard and have strong written and verbal capabilities in both languages.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant ideally working for a Chinese shareholder.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in an ever changing and fast-paced environment.
- A team player who can build strong relationships with people at all levels.
- Flexible to travel interstate from time to time.
