Little Ducks Childcare is a small, privately owned group of Early Childhood Education and Care Services primarily based in inner Brisbane.
Our services are leaders in early childhood, working collaboratively with families and the wider community to provide high-quality outcomes for children.Little Ducks has a small centre in the inner suburbs of Brisbane and is looking for an experienced Centre Manager to guide and support our team in achieving high-quality outcomes.What you'll be doing:Driving team engagement through positive leadership and coaching.Ensuring all policies and procedures are practiced across the Centre.Providing regular updates to families and management about the educational program and the learning and development of individual children through various communication means.Guiding the Self-Assessment Process and supporting the development of Quality Improvement Plans.Managing all day-to-day aspects of administration and operations.Who we are looking for:Experience as a Centre Manager within the childcare sector.A passion for Early Childhood Education.A strong commitment to all aspects of Child Safety.Leadership skills to provide direction, coaching, and mentoring.Proven ability in administrative procedures, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development, and training.Experience in Assessment and Rating, including self-assessment and Quality Improvement Plan development.Knowledge of the service requirements of the CCS system.Thorough understanding of Early Learning Frameworks such as the EYLF, NQS, QKLG, and relevant legislative requirements.You will be rewarded with:Above award conditions.A supportive management team.A rewarding, autonomous role with growth opportunities.A professional team culture that promotes learning and development.The chance to build a meaningful career as a respected Early Childhood professional.Networking opportunities to support ongoing development.Support from a Curriculum Mentor, General Manager, and Managers.Requirements:Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management.Working with Children Check.Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching Qualification.If you are seeking an exciting new opportunity, APPLY NOW
