This beautiful centre is licensed for 85 places a day across five studios.
We are looking for confident and experienced educators to join our existing team.
Catering for children aged six weeks to six years, our facilities and philosophy are unrivalled in the Early Childhood Education industry, featuring a Children's Cafeteria (Piazza), dedicated Art Studio (Atelier), large natural playgrounds, and outdoor environments designed for risky play.
At Goodna Kids Early Learning Centre, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Centre Manager to lead our team.
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience, dedication, and professionalism, supported by our Portfolio Managers, development team, and support office staff.
The Centre Manager will partner with the Assistant Centre Manager and Educational Leader to mentor and inspire staff, manage financial performance, oversee marketing, and develop partnerships within the community.
Responsibilities include maintaining the Quality Improvement Plan and ensuring compliance with all Queensland Childcare requirements, including NQF, NQS, EYLF, and MTOP.
Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication and time management skills, and the ability to work autonomously.
Experience with the Reggio Emilia philosophy, previous experience with a new centre build, and familiarity with Kidsoft software are advantageous.
