Seeking a dedicated Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality, recovery-oriented care. As part of our Virtual Care Centre, you will play a key role in empowering participants to strengthen their mental health and achieve meaningful outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to person-centred practice. You will work collaboratively with occupational therapy, nursing, and peer support staff to provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, tailored interventions, and collaborative care planning.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist to contribute to an innovative model of care that blends clinical excellence with flexibility, accessibility, and empowerment. You will have the autonomy to shape recovery pathways and make a positive impact on participants' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments and tailored interventions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Contribute to person-centred practice and flexible delivery of services (virtual and in-person)

Requirements:
Registration or eligibility for registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA)
Fellowship of the Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) and/or equivalent specialist recognition
Evidence of continuing medical education and self-monitoring/audit practices consistent with the scope of practice requirements
Proven capacity and/or experience in delivering high-quality clinical service and participation in quality improvement activities
