\About the Role\
  • \
  • You will manage a caseload of participants with mental health disability and provide person-centred support that empowers them to achieve their employment goals.\
    \
  • Deliver services using the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model — the world's most evidence-based approach to employment for people with mental illness.\
    \
  • Support participants through every step of their journey: vocational profiling, job search, resume and interview preparation, placement, post-placement support and ongoing support.\
    \
  • Strive to exceed individual and team performance targets, delivering sustainable employment outcomes and contributing to the overall success of the service.\
    \
  • Build strong partnerships with local employers to create inclusive job opportunities.\
    \
  • Work collaboratively with NDIS and community providers, ensuring wrap-around supports for participants' wellbeing.\
    \
  • Monitor outcomes, keep accurate records, and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.\
    \
  • Celebrate participant achievements and foster resilience, confidence, and long-term success.\

\What You Will Need\
  • \
  • A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification (Employment Services, Community Services, Mental Health, or related field).\
    \
  • Experience in employment services, mental health support, or disability services.\
    \
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with participants, their supports and employers.\
    \
  • Business development skills and local employer connections.\
    \
  • Current driver's licence and your own vehicle.\
    \
  • Ability to obtain all required clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check).\
