**The Role**:
The Visual Merchandise Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all VM of the brands for the region, reporting to the Head of Retail Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Visual Merchandising management of all NSW stores.
- Assisting the Head of Retail Manager.
- Maintains open communication with Retail teams in regards to current information that supports the business.
- Identify opportunities and training needs and collaborates with Retail team for alignment and next steps.

**Skills & Experience**:

- A passion and energy for fashion retailing
- Creative flare and proven experience in Visual Merchandising
- Excellent time-management skills and an ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- Visual Merchandising experience within a retail fashion environment.
- You will be comfortable performing a hands-on role encompassing store presentation and merchandising, window and mannequin dressing, and coaching and training VM directives.
- Excellent Visual Merchandising Skills with the ability to interpret visual merchandising presentations and translate back to individual store environment.
- Strong attention to details
- Ability and willingness to travel
