Visual Merchandise Coordinator | Bras N Things | Pyrmont
We have an exciting and rare opportunity available for a Visual Merchandise Coordinator to join our VM team at Bras N Things
Reporting into our VM Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support in developing clear VM guidelines and directives for our retail stores that are creative, commercial and that provide amazing shopping journeys and experiences for our Bras N things customer Additionally you will support in creating training content and will be a key contact for our retail teams to handle any enquiries and provide guidance on how to execute incredible VM standards in stores.

Your day to day...
- Communicate all VM directives and initiatives for store execution and manage feedback and sign off from key stakeholders
- Provide support and feedback to stores through photo share and store visits.
- Conduct and participate in VM floor sets and store merchandising to aid store execution.
- Provide support for New Store Openings as required
- Conducts regular VM training and store visits with Area Managers and field retail teams
- Create guidelines around safe VM practices
- Assist VM team for special projects and in store set ups

What we are looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar Visual Merchandising/Coordination role
- Understanding of how to develop detailed VM guidelines and planograms
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong MS suite proficiency and experience with Adobe suite (highly advantageous)
- Demonstrated training and mentoring skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with relationship building capabilities on all levels
- Be a strong team player with a willingness to put all hands-on deck when necessary
